Performance Enhancement

Our Performance Enhancement program, through sport specific functional training, is used with athletes from all walks of life including both Olympic and Professional athletes. All sports (whether is team or individual) are primarily speed and power sports. And the best players or top performers are the most efficient and explosive movers. Therefore, the key to improving sport performance lies in improving the ability to produce speed and power.

With our specialized training facility using the latest and state-of-the-art functional equipments, we are able to train you like you have never trained before, taking you to the next level in your game and beyond. Our strength and conditioning programs are customized to each individual and cannot be replicated using machine-based equipments commonly found in commercial gyms. The program starts with a comprehensive assessment and follows with one-on-one private training sessions which include strength, power, endurance, speed, coordination, flexibility, agility and balance.

This program is for anyone whose main focus is to enhance performance or sport performance.
