Unlike other gyms and facilities AF Performance offers a comprehensive assessment looking at everything from posture, biomechanics (movement), a complete BioSystems assessment that covers everything from from mineral deficiencies through to digestive health and hormonal profiling. No stone is left unturned. No one offers a more comprehensive assessment providing valuable information to enable us to prescribe the optimal protocols for your individual goals.
Real World Functional Training improves all functions of the body. It is about training body movement patterns which has a high carryover to real life, whether it is in the workplace or playing sport, rather than training on isolated muscles.
